Family Groove^TM

Let’s move and groove as a Family! 

This parented program is geared towards families with children ages 1-5 following a conceptual dance model similar to our other J’Adore Dance programs: Beginning with a BrainDance, then focusing on dance, movement exploration, Parachute Time, Props, and incorporating sign language into a weekly song or rhyme and finishing with a weekly disco ball dance party. The Family Groove class will incorporate a musical component developed by our two certified music therapists at J’Adore Dance. Dancing as a family has never been so fun!
